Service Charges: Missing Site Number In Bill To / Ship To On The Address Line (Doc ID 2162755.1)

Symptoms

The issue is with the Bill To tab of the SR (under Charges).
The Bill To Address used to have the site number at the end – you could view it when you scroll to the right of the address field. But now the site number is missing.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Requests
 
  - Open SR
  - Navigate to the Charges tab
  - Open the Bill To and Ship To addreses LOVs.
  => The Site Number is visible in the LOV
  - Select a value
  => The Site Number is no longer visible in the Address field.
