Mobile Sales Orders App Logout While Order Search - Configure ONT_MBL_INQ_APP_ACCESS (Doc ID 2162902.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After configuring the Mobile Sales Order App to have the required role, ONT_MBL_INQ_APP_ACCESS, unable to login. It appears to be logged into the application. However, when a search for the Order Number is done, the user is redirected to the Login screen.

Some users might also see a java.lang.NullPointerException error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to perform normal functions with the Sales Order Mobile app after logging in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Sales Order Mobile app from Mobile
2. Navigate to Sales Orders
3. Query an Order Number
4. Screen is redirected back to login

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the application. Unable to perform basic functions.
