ADA: Jaws Not Reading Attachment Pop Up Message on Self-Service Timecard (Doc ID 2163201.1)

Symptoms

When uploading an attachment to a Self-Service Timecard, JAWS software to assist visually disabled is not reading the following Popup confirmation message that notifies the user that the attachment has been successfully uploaded.

Confirmation
Attachment <name of the attachment> has been added successfully but not
committed, it would be committed when you commit the rest of the current
transaction.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application > navigate to Self Service Time
2. Create a Timecard
3. Click on Attachment
4. Attach a document
5. Pop up message confirmation is seen
    but not the voice prompt with the Jaws software
