ER Provide Specific Error Messages Based on AME Rules, Rather Than the Generic Error 'Approval List could not be generated' (Doc ID 2163258.1)

While creating a PR in iProcurement, if the user makes a mistake before they submit the PR the following error will show:

"Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME rules setup".

However, behind the scenes there are different reasons for the message.  The business would like different error messages to show based on the AME rule/condition.
