When scaling a batch to a higher quantity, with the Recalculate Dates checkbox checked, the system moves the planned completion date of the first step earlier. In the customer's case, it actually moved earlier than the planned start date of that step. It is making the planned duration of the fist step shorter, even though the batch is larger and the durations of the other steps become longer.

Expect the planned completion of the step to not become earlier, but later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scale a WIP batch to a higher quantity.

The issue has the following business impact:
