PO Approval Notification Does Not Properly Display Revision Number (Doc ID 2163389.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
The approval notification for Purchase Orders POs migrated after an upgrade do not properly display Revision Number. It displays as follows:

[Subject] Standard Purchase Order 123 ,&PO_REVISION_NUM (USD 000,000) has been approved.


Expected Behavior
Revision number should be displayed in subject of the notifications. For example, it should display the following.

[Subject] Standard Purchase Order 123 ,1 (JPY 000,000) has been approved.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3
  2. migrate PO
  3. checking PO approval notifications

Changes

 upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3
