Symptoms

Problem Statement:

In SSHR application > Transaction Monitor function Effective Date does not show up for Completed transaction, whereas it appears for Pending for Approval transactions.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Self-Service

2. Transaction Monitor

3. Query completed transaction

4  Select Transaction: Transfer <EMPLOYEE_NAME>

5. Click on Transaction Details icon

6. Page Open

7. Effective date is not being displayed

8. Return to Transaction Monitor

9. Query pending approval Transactions


a. Select Transaction: Worker Status Change <EMPLOYEE_NAME>
b. Click on Transaction Details icon
c. Effective Date is appearing for the pending for approval transaction
d. Return to Transaction Monitor
e. Again Query completed transaction
f. Select Transaction: Transfer <EMPLOYEE_NAME>
g. Click on Transaction Details icon
h. Now Effective Date is appearing for completed transaction.
