Steps to reproduce:

1. Create PO vendor site level DFF with Context as Org_ID and reference column.
2. Search for old/existing supplier in R12 that already had supplier site level DFF populated with context 11.
3. Toggle to different Context for eg. 13
4. Toggle back to context value = 11, get error (No error message, just ERROR on top of screen)
5. For newly created Suppliers in R12, DFF does not even show up.
