Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After application of two recommended patches: 22656351:R12.PAY.B and 22592753:R12.PAY.B, the Retropay Enhanced run (with or without Overlapping Balances) has increased in time to more than 24 hours


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Prior to application of the two patches, the process took approximately 12 hours
 

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied patches 22656351:R12.PAY.B and 22592753:R12.PAY.B
2. Submit the Retro Enhanced concurrent program
