Consigned Inventory and Create Consumption Advice program
In case of Consigned Inventory, if a Blanket Purchase Agreement expires and then Create Consumption Advice program runs, the program does not create a Release for the material usages during the period even when the Blanket was Active.
Hence invoice is not getting created and supplier paid in time.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create or find a Blanket PO's with an expire date is 30th March 2016
2. An account alias issue of the consigned item is created on 10th March 2016
3. Create Consumption Process is set to run on the last date of every month ie. 31st March 2016
4. The Blanket Release was not created on 31st March 2016
Users cannot automatically create Consumption Advice Releases and pay Suppliers
