It is not possible to view SLS secured customer account details.

When clicking on customer account details after 5 minutes it time-outs.


Comment: In 12.1.X instances, this issue has been verified after applying RPC4 patch 21236633 (Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 4).
