Not Possible To View SLS Secured Customer Account Details (Doc ID 2164150.1)

Symptoms

It is not possible to view SLS secured customer account details.

When clicking on customer account details after 5 minutes it time-outs.

 

Comment: In 12.1.X instances, this issue has been verified after applying RPC4 patch 21236633 (Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 4).
