Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iProcurement shopping cart quantity not converted to quantity in internally delivered unit of issue for item.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
iProcurement shopping cart quantity should be converted to quantity in internally delivered unit of issue for item.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement
2. Add internally sourced item to shopping cart
3. Unit of measure changes to Unit of Issue for item in shopping cart, but quantity does not change
4. Unit of measure conversion for item between catalog unit of measure and unit of issue is not used
