OEOIMP: Order Import does not Process Price Adjustment Records

Find Order Import does not process adjustments data.
Data is populated in oe_headers_iface_All,oe_lines_iface_all,oe_price_Adjs_iface_all.
Order Import creates Header and Lines but without the specified Price Adjustments.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Populate data in oe_headers_iface_All,oe_lines_iface_all,oe_price_Adjs_iface_all.
2 Navigate to Order Management Super User responsibility
3. Orders,Returns > Import Orders , Run Order import request for this data
