Service Request form: FRM-41014: Cannot set Attribute Null of Canvas (Doc ID 216427.1)

Symptoms

After query a service request, you receive the following error in the Service Request form:

ERROR

  FRM-41014 : CANNOT SET ATTRIBUTE NULL OF CANVAS ITEM INCIDENT_TRACKING.
  ASSIGN_REQUEST

 

or while navigating to task tab

ERROR

---------

FRM-41014 Cannot set attribute of null canvas item CREATE_TASKACTUAL_START_DATE


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------------

(R) Customer Support (11i) or Service (R12)
(N) Service Requests > View Service Requests
 - Enter a SR number
 - Click Search button.
