ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Difference in Zoom behavior between Production instance and Cloned instance:
Zoom icon enabled in Production.
Zoom icon disabled in Cloned instance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected behavior: Zoom icon to be enabled in all instances

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order>Tools menu

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Zoom functionality in Cloned instances as the icon is disabled.
