The Button to Add a New Line Does Not Show Up During Checkout Process (Doc ID 2164431.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When updating requisition line in ipro, after adding project info and split the line,the button to add a new line does not show up.


Expected Behavior
the button to add a new line should show up.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add items to the cart in iprocurement Home page.click on View cart and Checkout and click Edit
  2. Select the line and click Update Line in Edit and Submit Requisition page
  3. The Update Line Popup Region shows up
  4. In Billing region,Add the Project info and split the line by %
  5. The + sign to add the rows do not show up.
