The Standard AME Attribute AR_CMGT_OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT Parameter does not Populate the Value for Currency Without Decimal Places. (Doc ID 2164503.1)

Last updated on MARCH 05, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Credit Management - Version 12 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.0 version and above, Analysis Tab

The standard AME attribute AR_CMGT_OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT parameter does not populate the value for currency without decimal places

Eg: JPY currency does not have decimal places so in case the credit limit requested is 2500 it will be formatted as '2,500' instead of '2,500.00'.

For any currency where there are 2 decimal places,
AR_CMGT_OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT parameter populates the value correctly

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create credit application for a customer with requested credit limit in JPY currency.
2. Credit Application was processed and the recommendation was added for “Overall Credit Limit” = 10,000 JPY (JPY does not have a decimal place as per the currency setup)
3. Now check the setup in AME and test the approval hierarchy from the test workbench, AR_CMGT_OVERALL_CREDIT_LIMIT parameter does not bring any value for JPY
