Customer Contact Email Defaults To One Particular Customer For Any Location

On : 12.2.4 version, Transaction Entry

Find the Bill To, Ship To and Customer Contact fields are Null but the
Email field populated with specific employee email address.

Expected the Bill To, Ship To and Customer Contact fields to be populated with customer contact name

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Sales Orders
3. Enter order and see issue

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see customer contact information in the
Bill To, Ship To and Customer Contact fields. But can see the email address
for the contact
