Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Reconciliation and Clearing

When attempting to reconcile the transactions from available transactions window
the following error occurs.

Available_Event. Update row procedure raised unhandled Exception

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Cash Management Responsibility
2. Try to reconcile the payment & receipt transactions

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to complete the reconciliation process
