User is unable to save the signature in the MFS Wireless Application

Problem Description

Technicians using Oracle Mobile Field Service - Wireless to capture
signatures are experiencing errors using the native Android browser.

During the process of completing the task debrief in MFS Wireless the technician
captures the customer signature.

At the time of saving the signature the application errors:

'Exception in csfwSigCapture: For input string: '76776.25'

Issue started happening after the latest Android update, "Samsung internet
for Android 4.0.10-53," was applied.
