"Whitelist Rejection" Error When Signing In With The OTM Mobile Application Using Single Sign On/Cloud Connection (Doc ID 2164800.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logging into the OTM mobile application using the Single Sign On/Cloud Connection by adding the server URL and domain, the login fails and the following error is displayed on the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to be able to login to the OTM mobile application successfully


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Launch the OTM mobile application
2. Enter the URL of the instance
3. Check the SSO/Cloud Connection checkbox
4. Add the domain name and select 'Get Started' to login
5. The application does not connect and shows the exception.
