Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Application Object Library, Help for EBS issues

 

E-Business iHelp Reports return no data.

When navigating Help Administration -> Help Reports, both the 'Help Target to File Names' and the 'File Names to Help Target' reports return no data.

Required patches have been applied:

  - <Patch 9239095> - Oracle E-Business Suite Online Help for 12.1.3 Release Update Pack
  - <Patch 9399683> - R12 DBA Online Help for 12.1.3 Release Update Pack
  - <Patch 9400185> - ORACLE EBS APPLICATIONS TECHNOLOGY ONLINE HELP FOR 12.1.3 RELEASE UPDATE PACK

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login as sysadmin

2. Navigate to System Administrator > System Administration > Help Administration > Help Reports

3. Reports:Go

A. Help Target to File Names

B. Application: Receivables

C. Output Format: ANYOutput will have no information. Same for File Name to Help Targets report.
