 Issue:When unapplying the prepayment invoice through 'CLE: VAT on Prepayment unapply' form  populates error message 'amount violates the creation sign defined for this transaction type'
 Issue: Not able to match prepayment with final Invoice when created through CLE VAT on Prepayment program and system freezes.
 Issue: While trying to create prepayment invoice through CLE Vat on Prepayment program error "FRM-42012: Invalid value for field TRX_TYPES_TXT " is populated
 Issue: Unable to select tax rates when Tax Configuration Owner is not Global Configuration Owner (GCO)
 Issue: CLE:VAT On Prepayment invoice is not created if Global Descriptive FlexField (GDFF) segment transaction type is not updated
