Duration Range Is Not Working In HTML Audit Report (Doc ID 2165090.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------

The Audit Report Results for the Service Request is not considering the entered date range when click on 'Go' button in the audit report HTML page.
Also the page contains 'Save' and 'Apply' button without any functionality.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The Audit Report Results for the Service Request should consider the date range entered when click on 'Go' button in the audit report HTML page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requests.
2. Create the SR and click on Tools1 -> Audit Report
3. It opens the audit report HTML page. Select the Audit Attributes and enter the future date range.
4. Click on Go. The date range entered is considered in the result sets.
