On : 12.2.3 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Service Request form the Audit Report doesn't display the change in either Serial or Tag

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Audit Report should display the change on Serial and Tag

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Service Request form, for an existing SR, change the Serial or Tag numbers on the SR header
2. Check the Audit Report
3. The change is not registered
