R12 Customer Site Reactivated After Upgrade Is Not Available At Transaction Form (Doc ID 2165205.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.4 version, Customers Module

R12 Customer Site reactivated after upgrade is not available at Transaction form

After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.4, one of the customers had one site with two business purpose which was inactive.
Customer reactivated that site and create two new business purpose, one for BILL-TO and the other SHIP-TO. But after reactivating the customer site, it´s not available to be selected at Transaction forms, when he tries to create a new receivables transaction?
 

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Customer is not showing in the LOV for customer name
