Symptoms

On Test: 12.1.3 version, HTML User Interface

After choosing the action to web publish quote, the EMAIL_ADDRESS in the WF_LOCAL_ROLES table gets set to Null for the recipient (contact on the quote being published).

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to HTML Quoting and choose or create a quote
2. Choose the action for web publish quote and click on go
3. This prevents notifications from being sent to this contact the next time web publish quote is done.
