The Search Screen Is Not Opening For The Assets In Super User Maintenance (Doc ID 2165287.1)

When creating a work order on the responsibility for Super User Maintenance on the path: Home (select org)> Work Orders> Create Work Order> Asset Number

In this option a list of the assets loaded into the organization, should be deploy but this is not happening on the screen.
After waiting for a while we get following message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
