Error "ORA-20215: An invalid approver has been encountered in ame_engine.fetchRuntimeGroup" While Trying to Apply Leave (Doc ID 2165572.1)

Symptoms

When trying to apply leave, below error appears

ERROR

ORA-20215: An invalid approver has been encountered in ame_engine.fetchRuntimeGroup:<xxxxx> Approval Group for Leave1
Please remove the invalid approver. Invalid approver originating system person_id and originating system ID <xxxxx>.

The issue can be reproduced by using the below steps:


1) Login to Employee Self-Service > Absence Management > Create Absence

2) Enter the details and submit the transaction.

3) Encounter the above error.
