How to Debug: An Invalid Approver has been Encountered

Users are facing issue while applying for leave.

This can apply to any workflow transaction which has approvals enabled.

ORA-20215: An invalid approver has been encountered in ame_engine.fetchRuntimeGroup:AMLAK Approval Group for Leave1
Please remove the invalid approver. Invalid approver originating system person_id and originating system ID 144.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Employee Self-Service > Absence Management > Submit LOA request

2) Transaction gets stuck and errors stating that an invalid approver was identified.
