Secondary Lot Quantity On Some Sales Order Pick Transactions Are Incorrect (Doc ID 2165592.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Mobile Transactions

Some sales order pick transactions have a secondary lot quantity of 0, for a fixed lot Unit of Measure (UOM) conversion, where 0 is an unacceptable value.

ERROR
-----------------------
Secondary quantity cannot deviate for a fixed UOM conversion.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory > On-hand, Availability > On-hand Quantity
2. Check the Detailed check-box, Query the item
3. Click the Lot/Serial button
4. In the Lot On-hand Quantities form (INVMWBIV), note the Quantity and Secondary Quantity
