Symptoms
During upgrade of E-Business 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.5, the script bom10u03.sql is taking 4 to 15 hours.
The slow script is causing environment contention errors: "env: SV Contention".
Steps
1. Run the 12.2 upgrade driver.
2. The script bom10u03.sql is running for 4+ hours and causing env: SV Contention.
