Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Offers

Orders entered and shipped are accruing correctly to the alternated beneficiary, however when an order line is split, the first shipment accrues correctly to the alternate beneficiary, but the split line accrues to the bill to on the order. The split line should accrue to the alternate beneficiary.
