Goal

GSP Rates are not showing correct Effective Start Date for the newly added step.

When adding a step to an existing grade in a grade ladder using the wizard The original grade is set up as of Jan 1, 1951 Existing grade has 1 step Effective June 1st we added a 2nd step to the grade. The step was added effective June 1st but when adding the rate to the step, the rate is added back to Jan 1, 1951 Is this correct?

Is there anyway we can make the new step and the rate both effective June 1st?
