FRM-41050: You Cannot Update This Record Is Issued When Terminating Service Contract Sub-lines (Doc ID 2165985.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

When attempting to terminate service contract sub-lines the following error occurs.

ERROR

 FRM-41050: You cannot update this record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a service contract
2. Go to the lines
3. Click on the Pricing/Products tab
4. Click on a sub-line,
5. Choose Tools / Terminate Subline
error occured FRM-41050: You cannot update this record.Once clicks on OK the screen
behaves as usual and allows user to terminate the sub-line.
