EMEA Add-on Localizations, How to enable Global Descriptive Flexfield (GDFF) in Forms?

For example, in Receivable Transactions form, Global Descriptive Flexfield (GDFF) 'JG_RA_CUSTOMER_TRX' is not enabled to select the segment values for Greece Localization.

The above GDFF is required to define "Additional information of Greece"
