'Start Date' For Absence Record In International Payroll Archive Is Wrong (Doc ID 2166177.1)

Symptoms


The 'Start Date' that is being saved/recorded in the Payroll Archiver (International Payroll) does not match the 'Start Date' that is being entered in at the Absence Detail screen

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a Retro Absence record for an employee
  2. Execute Quick Pay, Pre-payments, Payroll Archiver (International Payroll)
  3. Observe wrong 'Start Date' in Payroll Archiver
