Buyer On Base Award Cannot Be Updated When Create A PAR (Doc ID 2166263.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The buyer of the base award that a PAR is created for cannot be updated through the PAR itself. When the buyer is removed, the system is not allowing for another buyer to be entered.

Currently, if the buyer of the base award is no longer active, we are unable to submit PARs due the the 'Buyer is Inactive' error.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expect to be able to change the buyer when the previous one has been inactivated.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Initiate PAR from CLM iProcurement Home Page
 
2. Populate the required information on the PAR header.
 
3. Validate the document to see the inactive buyer issue.
 
4. Remove the buyer and try to add in a valid buyer
 
5. Buyer does not populate after being selected using the magnifying glass.
