Creation of contacts does not allow the search ability in R12 (Doc ID 2166375.1)

Symptoms

Release 12.2.4

Account and Site contact search not available in Release12.

The system does not have a way to search the existing contacts before creation.
You currently have to enter the first name, last name and details, then if you have DQM enabled, the system will prompt you that an existing contact already exists.
