Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Bank Account Transfer

OpenInterface : Bank account creation generates bad records

When inserting one record in table RA_CUSTOMER_BANKS_INT_ALL, several bad bank accounts are created by the OpenInterface.
This behavior happens when these 2 criteria exists :
  - when several banks with the same bank_name but different bank_number exist in view ce_bank_branches_v.
  - AND when creating a new branch on the previous bank


The new branch is also created in view ce_bank_branches_v on all banks names "CIC" (uppercase and lowercase).
