Getting QA Error "The customer, &NAME, mentioned on the contract header is not active." (Doc ID 2167548.1)

When attempting to run the QA Check on a particular Service Contract, the following QA error occurs.

The customer, &NAME, mentioned on the contract header is not active.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service Contracts Manager -> Launchpad -> New
2. Create Service Contract with given Customer details and dates.
3. Approve the contract. Contract is in Signed status.
4. Open the Contract for update and perform QA Check.
5. It fails with the error "The customer, &NAME, mentioned on the contract header is not active."

Due to this issue users are unable to activate the contract which will impact the billing and invoice generation.
