Symptoms

Unable to re-open a previously saved Web ADI journal after upgrade to R12.2.5.

In EBS 12.2.5 environment:

Navigate: Launch Journal Wizard
1. Select layout "Functional Actuals Single"
2. Create Document
3. Document created successfully in excel
4. Complete journal details
5. Upload and import journal
6. Journal uploaded and imported successfully with no errors
7. Save journal to desktop, close the excel file and Logout of the EBS applications.
8. Reopen Journal excel file from the desktop
9. Select Upload from the Oracle menu
10. Expecting login page, instead blank window opens

Changes

 Upgrade to EBS 12.2.5 version.
