ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that non recoverable tax amount is not flowing to project
STEPS
-----------------------
1)Navigate to India Local Purchasing
2)Create the PO and attach the non recoverable taxes
3)Create the Receipt usign the base receipt form ,do not proicess the tax accoutning entry
4)PRC: Interface supplier cost to projects
5)Now, Run the India Receiving Transaction Processor for receipt number to process the tax accounting entry
6)Find that non-recoverable tax amount is not flowing to project
