12.2 adop phase=prepare fails with the following error:

AutoConfig is exiting with status 1
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
SP2-0359: memory exhausted

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. adop phase=prepare with auditing enabled in 11gR2 database
