When attempting to transact a Pick Wave Move order, the following error occurs.

The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line XX of move order number XX

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory responsibility -> Move Orders->Transact Move orders
2. Try to transact Move Order (XX) related to Sales Order XX
3. Observe the above mentioned error message.
