We use eBTax to do a tax calculations in Oracle Projects and Sabrix for O2C (Order to Cash) tax calculations.
The tax_classification_code is required for the eBTax tax call from Oracle Projects.
However, when the Draft Invoices are imported to Receivables the tax_classification_code is therefore populated.

Typically tax_classification_code should not be populated when third party tax providers are called.
The main issue is that the view ZX_O2C_CALC_TXN_INPUT_V doesn't return any data when the tax_classification_code is populated and a third party tax provider is being called.
