Cannot Search By Service Request Owner In The Find Repair Order Screen (Doc ID 2168155.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Find Repair Order Screen, cannot perform a search by service request owner. The Owner field return no values.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to search by the SR owner.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Repair Order form
2. In the Find Repair Order window try to enter a value in the Owner field.
3. No values are returned
