When trying to make the payment getting the below error

FRM-40735 ON COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00604

Getting the below error when trying to save a payment. in fnd log

Exception: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01653: unable to extend table APPLSYS.WF_DEFERRED by 16 in tablespace APPS_TS_QUEUES
ORA-20002: 395: Duplicate role Application Developer ('FND_RESP|FND|APPLICATION_DEVELOPER|STANDARD')
