R12.2: Search In Quotation Form, Using F11/CTRL+F11 Functionality Is Not Working Correctly

When trying to search in the Quotations (POXSCERQ) form using F11 functionality, system does not return expected results.
After pressing F11 by mistake, value is entered in Operating Unit field and press CTRL+F11. System is not retrieving any results.
Clear record icon is used to clear data from the form. This time correct quotation number is entered in 'Number'
field and use CTRL+F11, but still quotation is not found.
Steps to reproduce
1. Go to Quotation form and use F11
2. By mistake in Operating Unit field enter Quote number XX > Press F11+Ctrl
3. Quotation is not found > Clear the data entered (press on clear button)
4. Enter Quotation number correctly > press F11+Ctrl > Quotation is not found
