last_update_program_code column value in CS_INCIDENTS_ALL_B table is not changing

On : 12.1.3 version, Field Service Engineer Portal
last_update_program_code in cs_incidents_all_b is not changing
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a SR from contact center or create SR form
2. last_update_program_code is showing as "CSXSRISR"
3. update Sr from Field Service Technician Portal
4. No change in last_update_program_code still showing as "CSXSRISR"
