Error is raised while accessing Offers Summary screen

Message not found. Application: ICX, Message Name: FWK_TBX_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: OBJECT_NAME = ValueSet;
The search cannot be executed because the table has pending changes that would be lost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Trade Management > Trade Planning
Click on Offer hyperlink. Error appears on top of Offer Update UI.
